Did someone order a tuna crunch for lunch?

Serves 1

Ingredients:
½ Pack Squeaky Bean Tuna Style Flakes
1 Freshly Baked Baguette
6 Slices Cucumber
15g Diced Red Pepper
15g Diced Red Onion
20g Sweetcorn
2 tbsp Vegan Mayo
Rocket
Fresh Chives

Method:
Place your tuna, sweetcorn, pepper and onion into a bowl and combine with the mayonnaise
Cut your baguette and place in rocket and sliced cucumber neatly inside
Fill with your tuna mix
Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives & enjoy!

We more than 'meat' your expectations, just ask

‘What a meal this was! Chicken style Tikka on naan 😮‍💨

So first off I’m very funny with shop bought cold flavoured chicken, can’t eat it 😂 but this chicken style tikka is absolutely insane! The texture and taste is spot on! I would challenge anyone on here to have what I’ve made and tell me it’s NOT chicken 💪🏻

You can eat this hot or cold but I chose to airfry this for 10 minutes on high, teamed with a chilli naan, red onion, lettuce, chopped coriander and a mixture of mint & chilli sauce 👌🏻 superb no meat meal that I will be eating more of for sure!

Our Cajun pasta will definitely tickle your taste buds!

Serves 2

1 pack Squeaky Bean Chargrilled Cajun Mini Fillets
1 tbsp Olive Oil
200g Rigatoni Pasta
1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Onion Sliced
1/2 Red Pepper Sliced
4 tbsp Vegan Cream
Chili Flakes and Chives optional, for garnish

Method:
Cook pasta to about 1 minute shy of al dente, and reserve around 2 tbsps of pasta water
While your pasta is cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat, drizzle in some oil and cook your peppers and onion until soft
Chop your cajun fillets and add to the pan
Crush your garlic and add to your frying pan with the cajun seasoning. Fry until aromatic
Add the double cream, pasta water, and cooked pasta. Simmer for 2 minutes to allow the sauce to absorb
Serve in a bowl and finish with chilli flakes and chives and a drizzle of vegan cream.
