Hello, fellow lady riders!

Megan and I will be at Pulaski County Park this Saturday, June 15, for our final pre-season GRiT ride. We are planning for some fun and fellowship on our bikes, 12:30-2:30p, followed by ‘OYO’ (On Your Own) paddleboarding/swimming.

We realize this date competes with a KYMBA event. We don’t want to pull anyone away, but if your family thinks a weekend at P*P is in store for Father’s Day, please have your girls join us!

OTB101 is a required, fundamental on-the-bike skills certification for all NICA coaches.

MTB NEW START TIME! 

We are moving the start of the MTB races on Saturday to begin at 11:00AM with the Kid’s race, followed by the MTB TT at 11:30AM . 

The reason for this is possible storms starting around 1/2PM. We know this may make the day more difficult for some, but will guarantee a better chance of getting the race in and mud/rain free. 

RUNNERS, you will stay the same with your start time. 

If you are sticking around for the BGMC race on Sunday everything is as scheduled. The rain and storms look to be cleared out before racing starts the next morning. 

If you have questions please reach out. It will likely be tonight before we can get to them.
