Why dry fog? Dry fog is a smaller particle than mold and can pe*****te further into porous surfaces than where mold can get to. Dry fog is much better thaden wet fog or than a liquid spray can. In fact, a liquid spray (like bleach) can actually create a bigger mold problem because it only kills what's on the surface but causes the mold to be disturbed and it starts to spore out (think of it as spreading seeds). Then the water left behind, after the hypochlorite evaporates, feeds the mold causing bigger problems but now the color is gone because of the bleach and now you can't see the problem.
Next, dry fog stays in the air for a long time and breaks down the spores. Regular fog and sprays won't remain suspended long enough to break spores down.
Lastly, the dry fog bounces around (doesn't splatter like liquid) and gets into every nook and cranny of the home. It goes through the duct work!
Treating your entire home is the best way to guarantee that your home is safe.
