The weekend has finally arrived! Everyone celebrate wellness this weekend by thinking about yourself, your family and your friends and how we can all live better in mind, body and spirit!

We held a great kick-off event in Scottsdale today for Wellness Weekend. Lots of sunshine, great people, and great vibes to get us ready for a great weekend. US Ambassador , Scottsdale and PCA skin CEO all spoke about the importance of wellness. American Idol finalist shared some of his awesome music with the crowd. It was a great day and a wonderful way to kick off what we know will be the biggest World Wellness Weekend ever!

In countries all over the world, wellness properties will be providing free and fun activities to help people focus on improving their mind and body through healthier living. In the U.S. at nearly 1,200 Massage Envy franchise locations across the country, locations will be open to the public from 10 am - 1 pm. Anyone can stop by and get a free skin care analysis with free product from PCA skin, or a free trial of Rapid Tension Relief, or a free trial of Total Body Stretch. It's free and fun, and we hope to see everyone come out for World Wellness Weekend!
