For as long as I can remember I have been insecure about how skinny I am. It’s honestly probably my biggest insecurity. Going to the gym was always something I loved when I would go but I haven’t stepped foot in a gym in about 3 years because of past trauma. I also have horrible eating habits and could go days without eating (I know that’s horrible and I have always made it a point to not do that). But over the last couple weeks I have been making sure I eat all my meals and today I went back to the gym. ❤️
I know that this is not really a big deal but Im super proud of myself and I want to hold myself accountable and share a little about my journey to becoming the best me I can “B” 🤣❤️

If there is something in your life that no longer works for you, fix it. You are capable of doing anything you put your mind to, but nobody is going to do the work for you. Push yourself everyday to be better, to be happier, to be greater ✌🏼❤️😁
