Ten Benefits of Listening to the Suzuki Recordings 13/06/2021

I can't say enough about the benefits of listening to the music that you are learning to play. Truly, it is like having a lesson right there in your home, car, or wherever you are. The student will hear correct intonation, rhythms, articulations, dynamics, and style when they listen. This is invaluable to their development as a musician. If you have "taken a break" from listening, now is the time to get back in the habit and make it a part of the daily practice routine. Allow your student to have a say in when and where they will listen to their CD and then agree together on what this will look like to make it fit with your family's schedule. Depending on your child's age, they may want to move, dance, clap, or sing while listening. Let them be creative during this time. Make the most of your Suzuki training and see your child grow musically and advance more quickly as they engage in listening.

Ten Benefits of Listening to the Suzuki Recordings Is your Suzuki student progressing too slowly? More listening to the Suzuki recordings could be the answer to your problems!
