Celebrating with my sakhis, singing and dancing to outdoors on a 4x4 wooden board has got to be one of my fav memories of this festival. Growing up in India, I used to lock myself up indoors on Holi because people would get really rowdy and abuse the opportunity to grab you, violate your boundaries, in the name of having fun. But this time, we sang and we danced and played Holi in its true spirit. Heartfelt gratitude to my teachers , the hospitality and thoughtfulness of .losangeles for providing this opportunity for us.
