Great work from this only 2 months and bit work, we supposed to do a 3 month programme but he’s missed a few days here and there but that’s understandable as we are only human

loves to party 🎊 🎉🎉 over the weekend’s and alcohol has so much sugar and so much calories you will be surprised, how much weight you can gain by drinking alcohol, he’s doing much now tho much more disciplined and he’s starting to listen to he’s coach train hard and results will come

Chapter 40 wow 😮! where’s the time gone, time really does fly.

But I’m truly blessed to reach this mile stone in my life and I’m grateful 😇 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Praise be to the most high for making me achieve everything I’ve achieved in my life so far bigger and better this to come god willing sky’s the limit and above ⬆️

Im so proud of this guy I’ve seen him grow and level up, from the HQ just being a brick building from the outside and a gym in the inside to a big warehouse WOW 🤩 the level of content and thought put behind every video what he has put out has been unreal the grind is real…. we done sick content together the Fly Defined series was sick, I’ve also learnt a lot from thank you for teaching me some sick moves bro always love 💕

Let’s give you guys some motivation for this Tuesday, This is one of our online clients if you been following us for a while your sure to know this lovely lady.

Her commitment and dedication is unreal mother of 3 one set of twins which are now toddlers and one 12 year old son. Plus she’s a teacher in a secondary school and she works full time.
And she still manages to get amazing results from ONLINE TRAINING WOW NO EXCUSES…!!! Only the strong will survive it’s like when the Lion goes to hunt it’s prey…. this journey isn’t for the weak hearted trust me, you got to be mentally ready to make a change. Remember when you decide I’m gonna make a change your doing it for you, all the DOMS all the sweat, changing your diet, changing your lifestyle this is your choice.

I keep telling people we been doing this for a now it’s not fluke I don’t even see this lady face to face and results are sick to see more transformation keep locked to our stories

How amazing is the human body, the way it can just transform one state to another.

The picture on the left ⬅️ I was weighing around 95.kg I was lifting more heavy weights. I was doing cardio but not much diet consisted of a lot red meat making feel really heavy and sluggish also my endurance levels dropped being so heavy plyometric exercise felt like a chore

The bottom right ↘️ hand side I was a bit more heavier weighing 98.kg I was still lifting heavy but wasn’t doing cardio at all, diet wasn’t very good…. again loads of red meat, lots of fried foods, fried chicken chips and all the rest of the crap and snaking on all the wrongs things. Own body weight and core exercises was crazy I didn’t like doing them

Top right ↗️hand corner and I’m currently weighing 84.kg I’ve cut down on the heavy lifting. Still lifting heavy from time to time but more consistent with cardio. I decided to drop down in weight and feel amazing. I’m doing a lot more endurance training, plyometric training, body weight training, skipping, and core work I’ve also change my diet having more grilled food and over baked food, I invested in a air fryer and honestly it was one of the best buys, if you like your fried foods this is definitely the more healthy version. pop

Anything is possible when you put your mind to it, I’m not gonna sit here and say it’s easy, it isn’t but nothing in life is easy.
Adapting to changing your diet cutting out certain foods you like cutting out fizzy drinks, drinking more water and more herbal teas isn’t easy but mindset is key

Not because they said I can’t train chest for some weeks, means I’m gonna stay at home feeling sorry for myself no way..!! I took four days rest and now I’m back

Sometimes you might have a injury 😩 and can lead to demotivating you but don’t let it….!! Keep active keep stretching don’t just stay home not doing anything this can make the process of the injury take longer to heal
