Hi all! No food truck fiesta for us this evening...trailer in getting some much needed work done before the crazy holiday season starts! But we have a couple boxes of cookies up for grabs! Let us know and we can deliver tomorrow (with in reasonable distance) $25 for a box of 4 snowflakes ❄️ 😋 🌲

Please come see us at Holy Cross Catholic School this evening 5-8pm! All proceeds will be donated back to the school! Also we will have fall spice sugar cookies for sale!

So I have had a lot of questions about my sign....here’s the story (and pics 🤣)!!! When I initially wanted to start a food truck I had my 💗 set on a Marquee style sign...well after a little investigation $2300 was a little more than I wanted to spend! While strolling through Target one day I found these awesome letters...only problem was they didn’t have all the letters I needed to spell my business name! Quickly called my mom and asked her to go to not only one but two Targets in Arizona to grab the letters that were available near her and I ordered the rest online! Great now I have all these letters (that run off of double A batteries) 🤷‍♀️ after more research I found a website where I could order the wire and lights to make my own string! Perfect...when they came in the mail they were slightly bigger than the old bulbs and wound not fit in the holes 🤦‍♀️ great...got the drill out and started drilling all 131 holes (while being 8 months pregnant)! Finished the drilling (only took me a month 🤣) now on to painting the letters cause black was not the color I wanted! It only took me 10 cans of spray paint...yes I bought out both Home Depot and Lowe’s! Now on to assembly...at this point in time $2300 was looking pretty good compared to the headache I was causing my self! After completing the first letter you would have thought I won the lottery 🤣 on to the next 10! Almost there...after deciding I didn’t want just a plain back board I had to go and antique three 1”x4”x20’ in multiple colors and had my husband (Clayton Tuchscherer) cut them into different lengths to get a staggered look! Then I called my buddy Ed Jurney and his right hand man Curtis to have them assemble all my beautiful colored pieces of wood onto plywood with their nail gun! Finally on to the last leg of this awesome journey...drill more holes for the wire and placing the letters onto the sign! Let’s just say these “do it your self” projects are for the birds, but I think it came out Pinterest worthy 🤣 hope you enjoyed my story and the tears and sweat I put into my sign! But it wouldn’t be possible with out all the people along the way that helped me accomplished my dream 🎉 cheers

Sometimes we put our yummy dough in the oven and make cookies! This birthday theme was tie dye and succulents! Still working on my royal icing techniques...but they came out pretty cute!
