Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 RECIPE ⬇️⬇️
Recipe:
🍪230g cold butter
🍪300g all purpose flour
🍪300g self raising flour
🍪160g white sugar
🍪160g brown sugar
🍪1/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
🍪2 tsp baking powder
🍪2 eggs (room temperature)
🍪400g milk chocolate chips
🍪100g walnuts
METHOD: Add butter and sugar to a bowl and mix until combined, but the butter is in chunks.
Then add the walnuts and chocolate chips and mix.
Next, add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until a sand like texture.
Finally add the eggs (already beaten with a fork before adding) and mix until combined.
For a big cookie-125g per ball (makes 12)
After the balls are shaped, place them in the freezer for up to 90 minutes and bake from frozen.
Bake at 180* C (fan assisted) for about 18min or until golden brown (they will be soft when they come out, leave to cool and store in an air tight container for up to 5 days)
