Job description: Well versed in drawings/ Specifications/ BOQ/ Codes & standards, Quantity survey and take off, Cost estimation, Tendering, Contract evaluation & management, Queries and clarifications, Participating in tender & contract meetings, Value engineering, Communication and correspondence. Project reviews and lessons, Client/consultants/Architects relationship.
