So I woke up today and my eyes were watery and blood shot. They’ve bothered me all day. Not sure if it’s hay fever or what. Sat on Teams calls all day and they got worse.

Finished work and soaked two pads in Aloe activator and omg. Relief! Taken the soreness out and reduced the puffiness too.

Will repeat again later just before I go to bed.

A glass of pure loveliness. I’ve not been looking after myself as well as I should over this last year. I’ve worked long hours due to COVID and having a few days off this week has made me assess my health and well-being.

First thing is to get back on my daily aloe Vera gel drink.
