If your a fan of hip-hop this exhibit at the Fotografiska museum is a must visit. It’s laid out so we’ll and beautifully done to highlight the way hip-hop has grown over the years. It’s primarily focused on NY artists from the 80’s and 90’s with candid shots that show the artists as they were coming up. The top floor is clips from Video Music Box interviews. Anyone growing up in the 90s in NYC who knows hip hop KNOWS Video Music Box … and it was so cool to see Ralph McDaniels doing what he does best.
There’s 3 floors in total. Reduced admission Monday & Tuesday mornings. On display thru April. Check it out.
