So.. Those of you who know me are well aware of the fact that I am heavily involved in the arts - I dance, I sing, and although this part may come as a surprise, I write. I have gone through some very tough times these past few months, and found myself constantly turning to writing to release my thoughts. About three months ago, I had this feeling that the Lord was calling upon me to take my writing even further. I felt it deep in my heart that other people were meant to, or maybe even needed to, hear what I had to say. I had this crazy idea - I wanted to create a platform where I, along with other artists of any kind, could creatively share any thoughts we needed to release at any moment. This led me to spend countless hours putting my entire heart and soul into creating my own website, “Unspoken Thoughts”. Now, although this is formatted as a blog, I don’t want you to think of it that way. This is a safe space, this is a discussion, this is where everyone’s voices are heard. While looking at my site, you will come across poetry, artwork, videos, and short elaborations on why I was inspired to create each piece. I am so grateful to have collaborated with Ireland Kelly in order to make my visions come to life; without her, this project would not have been possible. If you feel compelled to do so, I encourage you to please comment your thoughts on my posts - you will be heard. I welcome you to submit any writings or artwork that you may have yourself, as i would love to share them on my page - this is a space not only for me, but for YOU. I invite you to have a discussion with me. I want to talk about all of the challenges, celebrations, and inspirations of this beautiful thing called life. I want to give each and every individual out there a place to creatively express whatever it is they are feeling. You will ALWAYS be heard.
