My close friend and mentor Alton “Coach” recently passed away unexpectedly. Alton was talented, hard working and a servant leader. Most evidently, he was a people builder. He encouraged, supported and built up people in his community and network naturally.
In his honor, I’d like to support two college students (prospective or current) in reaching their professional and academic goals. I will offer grant/scholarship editing, resume and portfolio building, interview coaching, and a $500 scholarship for each of these students
Developing the skills of scholarship/grant writing, interview etiquette, budgeting, and portfolio building led to me completing Graduate school debt free and was integral to me attaining career goals.
Every student needs a support system.
I would love to support two students on their journey!
