We are all ONE.

As you heal, not only do you improve your life but you also become an invitation and inspiration for others to heal too. You show that healing is possible, and become like a beam of light that shines brightly and brings hope to others to know positive change in life and growth is also available to them.

Time when we remember the absolute Love of Christ and his Sacrifice for us all. 💖

This morning I was overwhelmed with gratitude for life, for love, for light, for the path, for God, for Christ …

This Made me think about the woman I knew before. She was young and beautiful, strong and soft all at the same time, but she did not see this. Instead, when she looked in the mirror she saw a monster.👿

She was suffering silently each day, in pain, unable to look in another eyes. She was avoiding even eye contact with herself in the mirror.
She walked through life with her head down, looking at her feet.

She hated herself, she judged each imperfect step she took, she was not enough, she was fearful, she thought she was not able, and she continued to suffer each day.

She knew what pain was. The kind of pain that sits inside and is unknown to others.

She put a smile on and helped anyone she could because she knew how horrible it was to suffer in silence.

She tried her best… She tried many things to move away from suffering, many times just for a moment she was able to breathe, and then she would return to misery inside herself.

She tried and failed, then she tried again and again.

She cried a lot. Many times because of pain, but sometimes she cried with gratitude for life. She knew she would never give up.

She knew there was something more to life than this. ❤️🌟

She prayed to God “If you help me understand and embody Love, I promise I will help others to find Love too”💖💖💖

One day she found a guide at Modern Mystery School U.K. & EU - Cécile Tanmaya George. Cecile sparked HOPE in her.

She showed her the way to the greatest treasure in the whole world - the map home, the path back to self, the way to our divine self, back to the heart where Joy and fulfillment await us all✨.

Studying sacred geometry opened my eyes to magick around me…

Yesterday as I was making the chocolate I was thinking how heart shape is a union of triangle and the circle. The bottom part is 🔺 and two half moon shapes make a perfect 🔴.

Triangle is representing Spirit, Circle is representing a physical… when those two meet at the heart center we can live Heaven on Earth in perfect balance.

True, perhaps not everyone fights every battle. Some have long surrendered.

But the very fact that this person was assigned this battle tells us more than can be spoken, for the One who created him knows he has the power to prevail and win.

That alone is enough to admire, and to be humbled, asking yourself, “Do I fight a battle nearly as fierce as the one I expect this person to win? In what way am I any better?”

Going on my daily walk in nature is a must for my well-being. 🌿

It’s a form of grounding for me and finding stillness within. In the summer, I like to fully ground myself by taking off my shoes and touching the Earth and feeling the energy.

Letting go can bring you peace but you need patience to arrive at this space. ✨

We have to let go of a lot of things during our lives. Often, we’re forced to let go of people or situations. Other times we have to choose ourselves and drop whatever’s holding us back from being our true authentic selves and reaching our best potential.
And to truly let go, we need to find peace within us first.

✨ There are tools to help you process, let go and find peace within yourself such as Energetical Cord Cutting.

We are connected to everyone in our lives, both past and present, by cords of energy. These cords can sometimes lead to energy being “pulled” from you, leaving you feeling drained, tired and unbalanced. Negative emotional cord cutting uses an ancient Tibetan tool called a ‘Purbha’ to cut the cords that are ‘pulling’ your energy.

As a result of the session, you will be able to start living in the present moment, without losing energy to the past
