Melissa Bartlett is a Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who enthusiastically teaches beginners as well as more advanced students.

She focuses on honoring the body and releasing tension while building strength and flexibility. Melissa Bartlett offers Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga classes to share her love of yoga with others. Hatha yoga, which dates back to the 10th century, translates as hot, sun energy ("ha") and cool, moon energy ("tha") which together form a balanced practice.
