πŸš€ Need a quick protein boost? Look no further than hard-boiled eggs! πŸ₯šβœ¨

Perfectly portable and packed with protein, hard-boiled eggs are the ultimate grab-and-go snack. Whether you're adding them to your salad, enjoying them solo, or slicing them onto toast, they're an easy and delicious way to fuel your day. πŸ’ͺ🍳

Pro tip: Make a batch at the start of the week and keep them in the fridge for a quick, nutritious snack anytime! Here is the 5-5-5 Method for making them in an instant pot or pressure cooker!

Step 1: Add water to your Instant Pot.
Step 2: Place the wire trivet (or that fancy egg rack you splurged on) on top of the water. Step
3: Gently lay your eggs on the trivet like you're tucking them into a comfy bed.

Now, seal the Instant Pot, Set it to High Pressure and let it do its magic for 5 minutes.

After the 5-minute pressure party, let the Instant Pot release naturally for another 5 minutes. If there's any pressure left after that, release it.

Next, give those eggs a refreshing ice bath for 5 minutes.

And voila! Perfectly cooked eggs with creamy yellow centers that would make any chef proud. The best part? No overthinking required. Whether you brought the eggs to a boil over medium heat or cranked it up to high, it doesn't matter. Instant Pot's got your back!
