Chris Stuart serves as CEO for HSF Affiliates LLC, and CEO/President, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Stuart joined HSF Affiliates in 2015 and assumed leadership of Franchise Sales a year later. In 2017, he was named Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations and by 2018 he oversaw the daily operations of all network-facing departments and deliverables leading to his appointment as CEO in January 2019.

Previously, Stuart was part of the executive leadership team at Intero Real Estate Services in Silicon Valley. At Intero, he was chartered with growing and managing Intero’s franchise company and was involved in various corporate initiatives including technology strategy and implementation, leadership development and training, agent recruitment and client services.

Prior to his time in real estate, Stuart worked within the enterprise technology space, first in New York City then Silicon Valley. During his time in technology, Stuart was involved in a variety of business transformation initiatives with companies spanning Wall Street to the Fortune 500. Stuart was an enterprise account executive at Oracle and, prior to that, he built and oversaw Silicon Valley-based teams responsible for creating some of the very first Internet-based applications in arenas ranging from commerce and customer service to knowledge management and inventory control.
