Jóga hefur verið í aðalhlutverki síðan 2008, tók fyrstu skrefin hjá Swami Janakananda Saraswati, sem lagði grunninn að minni jógaiðkun, og sat 3-mánaða Sadhana námskeið, og vígðist inn í Kriya yoga hefðina (Satyananda Kriya Yoga) í Suður-Svíþjóð árið 2009. Lauk 270 tíma yogakennaranámi hjá Ástu Arnardóttir í Yogavin 2015,
Tók kennaranámi hjá Louise Sears frá Yoga Arts 2018,
