Terms and Conditions:
Due to the handmade nature of the item, colors and placement may slightly vary from the photo. We strive to perfect every item.
Each item is handmade and made to order therefore considered a custom order. Due to our products being custom orders, all sales are final and we do not process refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any order. If a mistake is made by Kaylin's Designs please contact via email at [email protected]. If an item is not made correctly we will prepare a new item and replace, or issue a refund once the item is returned back to our shop. Item must be returned within one week of wrong item received. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for an incorrect order placed by the buyer including size, color, style, font etc. We provide detailed size charts for each of our products.
SHIPPED ITEMS:
All items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking. As soon as your order ships we will send tracking information which may take up to 24 hours to update. Shipping via USPS First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive to you. Refunds will not be provided for shipping that does not arrive in a timely manner due to USPS. We do not have control of their system. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe place for packages to arrive. We will not be held responsible for stolen packages that are stated as delivered. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping we require that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will require you to take pictures of all items including mailer, packaging, and contents. We will need all items sent back to us: original packaging & mailer, and contents so that a claim can be filed. Kaylin's Designs is not responsible for incorrect address provided or packages shipped to the incorrect address by the carrier. Shipping costs for incorrect orders on the buyers behalf will have to be covered by the buyer.
Garment Care:
We recommend turning the shirt inside out, wash on a cold cycle and hang to dry.
