About us

We are passionate about empowering women to take charge of their menopause. We understand that the menopause can be a difficult and isolating time for women and sadly even today it is a bit of a taboo subject. Many women do not know who to turn to for advice and find information on the internet both confusing and contradictory. In the form of small informal groups or larger gatherings in the work place we want to offer you clear information on the menopause. We are Nurses in General Practice and our talks include; signs & symptoms, the benefits and risks of hormonal and non hormonal treatments, general health and well being, contraception and top tips for feeling well. We hope to provide you with the confidence and knowledge to take control of your menopause and if necessary approach a health care professional. If you would be interested in attending one of our talks or even hosting a talk for your friends in your own home please contact us.
