BACK ON THE 8th OF JANUARY 2024

Well that’s it for 2023… some fantastic people met along the way and some lovely projects delivered for all our amazing customers.

Big thanks to all involved including all the great tradesmen and subcontractors that continue to deliver a 1st class finish on all our builds big or small.

Some nice jobs already booked in for 2024 but still some space in the diary so hurry up and don’t miss out!

Battled through the elements to get this one finished… a complete roof rebuild along with alterations to the existing masonry walls. New windows were also fitted throughout ready for the render and plastering to begin.

Front was re roofed in the original slate with Monier clay tile used on the back,

All new steel ridge and purlins installed.

Not the easiest job considering the appalling weather conditions the last few months but the lads perseverance paid off in the end.

Customer very happy.

Ground floor wet room fitted for a brilliant customer in Lathom.

The drab down stairs bathroom turned into a modern shower room with toilet and wall hung sink unit.

Beautiful porcelain wall tiles with slate effect floor give it the wow factor.

Customer is over the moon.

Thanks to Tom Taylor Hampson and Luke smith for the plumbing, top work as always.

Another finished project… rear extension with bifold and lantern to create large light and airy family kitchen diner with downstairs loo. A gorgeous Wren kitchen was fitted with quartz worktops to give that luxury feel. We knocked through to the main house to give the open plan living the customer was looking for.

Very please with the end result and as always thanks to all involved.

A full top to bottom House refurbishment,

Every wall stripped back to brick and rebuilt.

Full upstairs and downstairs remodel including all structural works and new window openings formed

Bespoke Oak porch hand built onsite.

Large modern kitchen extension.

All new flush sash windows and glazing.

Aluminium bifold doors to the rear.

Stunning high end family bathroom.

Complete rewire with smart switches throughout for autonomous control.

Complete heating system installed in copper with soldered joints.

Anthracite facia and soffit to colour match windows.

It’s now ready for its render finish to take the outside to the next level as well.

Absolutely beautifully finished throughout. I’m really proud of this one and all the hard work from my team and all the amazing subcontractors that continue to deliver these high end builds for our amazing customers.

Rear re-roof on a local property.

We removed the old and tired poly carb roof adjoining the 2 extensions and built a new super insulated roof including 4 VELUX INTEGRA fully electric roof windows with sandtoft 20/20 tiles along with all new soffit and facia…

Aluminium Bifold doors were fitted in place of the old white pvc frames. The windows were also upgraded, anthracite frames with custom glazing bars.

We installed all new electrics and skimmed out.

All achieved in 2 weeks start to finish.

Fantastic effort by all involved…

Sneak peak of our latest project… full house refurbishment with rear extension and oak framed porch… completion in sight now, full pics to follow…..

Another job over the line… we knocked down the old cold and draughty Consevertory and replaced it with a modern insulated block structure. Complete with composite roof slates and Krend finish. Inside we knocked down an internal wall and fitted some steel beams to open up the space for a large family kitchen. We also replaced and relocated the boiler, installed all new electrics and down lights plus fitted the new kitchen.

All achieved in around 8 weeks.

Very pleased with the end result as was the customer.

Another fantastic project completed & delivered in 12 weeks ready for the customers to enjoy Christmas in their gorgeous new kitchen diner.

This job required some pretty hefty steel beams to support the back of the house but once the walls were down it made it all worth while, there is enough space for a kitchen, dining area and living area giving the open plan living the customers had wished for.

The grey bifold and matte grey Milano kitchen with white quartz really gives it the wow factor.

Needless to say the customer is very pleased with it as are we.

Thanks to my lads & the subbies that worked so hard on it.

Cladding nearly complete on this monster dormer… it’s been a challenging job from day one from piling the unstable ground to propping up this awkward shape to insert the steel framework it’s been a very technical build all the way through but the results and hard work are really starting to show… oak stairs go in next week, larch cladding for the extension then final skim out inside…

Hopefully the final pics are not far away now ✌🏻

Big Dormer coming along nicely… the master suite is going to be stunning, especially with the views off that balcony..

A down stairs extension creating an open plan living room and diner with stunning Matt black kitchen and quartz worktops.

Bifold doors and velux Windows were fitted to bring in plenty of natural light.

Outside we used composite cladding to match the dormer we built last year.

We also created a new utility room separate from the kitchen and relocated the side door.

A great project, very pleased with the end Result as is the customer.

Recently completed home gym with reinforced concrete slab.

The customer is a competing Team GB dead lifter so a solid foundation and steel reinforced concrete base were installed… no ground screws on this job!

Includes Insulated walls and roof, exterior finished in anthracite cladding, with matching french doors. Powered up with down lights and double sockets.
