The Sun is getting downright Ornery!
The cycle is expected to reach a crescendo in 2025. At that point, the Sun’s entire magnetic field will flip, with the north and south magnetic poles switching. Then activity will begin to wane once again.
A flurry of M-Class solar flares generated cannibal coronal mass ejections that are heading toward Earth, according to NASA models.
Two coronal mass ejections have combined into an enormous cloud of magnetized plasma forecast to hit Earth on Tuesday and potentially trigger a weak geomagnetic storm.
Earth has already been hit by five major (G4 or G5) geomagnetic storms this year, including the most powerful storm for over six years. These storms have superheated the thermosphere — the second-highest layer of Earth's atmosphere — to its highest temperature in more than 20 years.
The number of sunspots is also increasing as we approach solar maximum, reaching its highest total for almost 21 years in June.
Not to worry! This is normal, and the "cannibal" could trigger beautiful northern lights.

I have been making Bianca's own dog food.
This allows me to eliminate preservatives, fillers, by-products, and known skin-allergy-causing ingredients like corn, wheat, and soy from her diet.
I have better control over her overall health and can feed her the nutrition she needs based on her activity and lifestyle levels.
Her stomach feels better and her po is much improved although it hasn't had any effect on her Stubbornness!
It takes about one hour to prepare a week’s worth of food (up to 14 meals) or 15 minutes a day if I decide to cook for her each night. Cost-wise on average, I spend about $10-$12 a week on the ingredients that make up her meals.
Most Importantly, She knows she is Loved and takes Full Advantage of It!
She is the Queen of her World!
I just Let It Be!
Here we go again - just thinking - which always gives me a headache.
I was outside using my new Solar Clothes Drying Device and was wondering when the warranty on it would expire and if I would have to renew a warranty service so it would continue to work.
This led me to consider if I would be in violation of various deed restrictions, code violations, etc. because I did not originally get a permit to install it. I checked code enforcement - no problem.
Then I decided to check if I was in a deed-restricted/homeowners association type of area, and what would happen. So I looked up Florida Statute 163.04 and was amazed to find that even if I lived in an area patrolled by yard mongers/monsters I could still have one of these Energy-Saving Devices. They could only restrict where these "demon" devices could appear on my property. Oh, and the size of said device.
After all of this, I finally felt redeemed and free again to pursue my choice of using nature's Energy-Saving Device. I was so elated I decided to share this valuable information with my neighbors, friends, and even people I really don't care for about how to save energy and cut down the cost of electricity.
Their responses have led me to a serious State of Despondency (not feeling very good). I found out that using a Solar Clothes Dryer - "takes too much effort and time, causes anxiety and muscle soreness, and that clothes pins and the clothesline tend to wear out". Also, neighbors may be laughing at me because it makes me "Old School".
Sorry, I have overdone it again and need to take a nap, after all, I had to work over two hours today hanging clothes. Love Y'all!

I've been Reading Stories & Watching Videos about 'Life After Solitary' all night - There aren't that Many Available!
I haven't found any relief or ideas of what to do next.
I am even less hopeful than I was before...
Some of these people spent more time in the box than I did...
Some of them spent less time than I did...
None of them were Innocent...
I was Innocent...which according to Stuart Grassian MD in his report on the Psychiatric Effects of Solitary Confinement....
"Being innocent intensifies the effects of the Significant Psychological Pain!"
Not one of those people has made it as far as I have come.
One young boy, a year after his 2-week confinement...Hung Himself
Another Woman still covers herself in rain gear when going out.
The other ones have become prisoners in their own rooms.
None of them are doing that great, let alone Thriving.
The Torture continues even after the torture is over...for Me!
My Confinement resulted in a Severe Exacerbation of My Previous Mental Condition from Childhood Sexual Abuse....C-PTSD.
I am So Angry!
I am out here doing my Level Best to NOT let myself get Emotionally Out of Balance...!
I am Taking Responsibility for My Mental Health...
I have Faced My Demons
I have Accepted Losing My Family
I have Supported Myself
I take No Medication
I do no harm to anyone

I have been dealing with Solitary Flashbacks for Over a Week!
I couldn't Sleep So thought I would do some reading online.
Look What I Found.....
Please join us on May 16 for a national day of action in support of the federal End Solitary Confinement Act.
We will spend the day in virtual meetings with Senators' and Representatives' offices as we push to end the torture of solitary confinement by the federal government. We would love your support in spreading the word!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month so there is no better time for the federal government to take action to end solitary confinement. We also recently saw the first Congressional hearing on solitary in a decade. Meaning momentum is on our side!

What does C-PTSD Look like when you're Triggered?
It looks like waking up all hours of the night in cold sweats, tears rolling down your eyes, guts knotted up inside, with the desire to hurt something so strong that you don’t dare touch yourself. It’s the same nightmare over and over. It's waking up in a river of toxic adrenaline and cortisol burning through your thighs long after the trigger was pulled.
What does Activated PTSD look like?
It looks like staying in your house for days on end because you don't dare go outside cuz the first person that pops off to you, you're just gonna want to scratch their eyes out and you know you can’t do that, so you internalize even more rage. You are a lover, not a fighter, so you don’t even recognize this monster inside of you.
What does it feel like to have raging PTSD after being Tortured?
It feels like being frozen in time. It feels like reliving your torture over and over and over and over because the thoughts won't go away because some stupid egomaniac little man out there is going to trigger you and once the trauma is back out of the box...it won't go back in, and the most painful part is nobody understands, and you left alone to handle what most people can’t even comprehend so they tell you to Calm Down, Let Go, cuz it’s uncomfortable for them.

After being Verbally Assaulted by a Rabid Short Person not once, but 3 times and twice in public...
After having my Grievance poo hoo-ed and belittled...

After being Tortured/Discarded like an American without a Country,
I am Fed The F**k Up!
