Happy 4th of July! American Excelsior Company wishes everyone a safe, happy and joyful Independence Day!

On July 3, 2024, Terry Sadowski has retired after 47-years of dedication and service to American Excelsior Company.

Terry began his career with American Excelsior Company working on the plant floor in Rice Lake. The following year he was promoted to Production Supervisor. He earned the opportunity to learn multiple management positions in Rice Lake in the following years, and became the Rice Lake Plant Manager in 1990. Terry was elected to the Board of Directors in 1991, a Vice President in 1995, and then President/CEO in 2003. Terry represents the third of four generations of the Sadowski family, who have collectively dedicated 128 years of service to the American Excelsior Company since 1924. In 2021, Bill Albers – Owner, renamed the Rice Lake plant as The Sadowski Plant, in dedication to the commitment made by Terry and the Sadowski family.
