Knowing your diagnosis is necessary, but having a better and deeper understanding of the meaning of your back pain and the cause, that is crucial, to sucessfully overcome your pain.

Since pain is something we are still interpreting as something negative and scary Iet me show you another perpective.

You see, we feel thirsty when our body sends a signal (to our brain) that your body machine is running out of water to operate. You will get hungry when your body gives the signal, because there is no fuel to keep you walking and working, you will feel sleepy because there is a limit when body needs to rest!

Do you see where I am going? Feelings, sickness, reactions, PAIN are the signals our body use to tell us something.

We need to understand the cause of the pain we expirience right now, not simply shot it down with pain killer...

Find why your pain accurs and attach the root of the problem, don't lose your time for postponing the simptoms!

IT'S TIME TO CONSCIOUSLY TURN THE SYSTEM OFF.

Recovey&Regeneration is probably one of the most important and the most undervalued topics when it comes to pain, tension or any other uncomfortable feeling in our body.

We need to look at our bodies as a magnificent piece of, technology if you wish (since we are living in a technology world, surrounded by it every single minute)

Let's take a phone for example. We need to charge it in order to serve us in order to make a call. Vacuum cleaner for example... we have to empty it and charge it in order to have a nice and clean floor, a car, we cannot just drive around and around, and expecting there is no end line waiting for the gas or engine...
Regeneration is a necessary period of time in the process‼️‼️‼️ in order to calm your whole system, reset your body functions, reset your body programme. This is the first step towards any type of change.

Holidays are over and finally welcome 2019!

Everybody once in a while experience pain, disabilities, mistakes, negative energy... Somebody can cope with that better, some of us need a little bit more time...
I wish you to overcome any obstacle that life or your own body created for you. Let's look at it as a challenge, another little chapter in our book. And you know what they say about the chapter... It's just a chapter, not a whole book!

It is absolutely necessary for people suffering from chronic back pain, to change their attitude about their condition.‼️

The pain you feel, it's your body's voice telling you that something needs to be done. Attitude towards your body AND yourself needs to be changed. There is no magic chair, or hot pillows, which will bring your body connections to work better and heal your tissues or improve your lymphatic system in order to work properly and get rid of your muscle inflammation ...

It's you and your conscious input and energy, mindset, who will make changes..🤔.A lot of material things can be bought and brought to our home door just the next day. Unfortunately, our health and well being is something completely different...

Most of today's Back Pain Diagnosis, (If we put aside injury or any other genetic diagnosis), is caused by a bad posture🙍‍♀️, weak muscles🙍‍♀️, poor and incorrect movement patterns🙍‍♀️, caused by a poor&inaproppriate physical activity👨‍💻👩‍💻.
The point is not in a chair or the "right sitting position"!✋✋✋
In order to reduce-eliminate the pain, we need to reactivate our muscles which are responsible for keeping our good posture, which serves as a support mechanism for our joints and other soft tissue. This way, we will reduce muscle inflammation or give more support to a herniated disc, which will relieve that nerve, causing you that tingliness in your gluteus or tights...
This is the first step in order to eliminate pain and overcome other degenerative problems in the future.
