Between a chaotic summer, a busy season at work, and personal life, cookies have had to take a back seat.

However, for mental health reasons, moving forward I will be limiting the amount of orders I take on by a pretty significant amount.

I will take only 1-2 orders per month (depending on the size of the orders). Because of this, if you’d like to place an order with me, it’s better to inquire sooner than later. Currently I’m booked through October.

I appreciate you all and am always grateful to those of you that allow me to a part of your special family moments. But in order to be fully present in my family moments, this was the step I needed to take.

Hoping my fellow cookiers have a night to relax tonight before Easter festivities tomorrow!

I feel like I grew up in the kitchen. I’m probably remembering it wrong but so many of my early memories are of spending time in the kitchen with my mom while she prepared dinner, or helping my best friend’s mom make cookies, or baking with my two aunts (one slightly better than the other 😂😘).

When I had my first back surgery at 19 and was essentially home bound for a summer it was in the kitchen I found my sense of relief with baking. And then after my first miscarriage when I was in the midst of depression, my aunt took me to a cookie decorating class. It was there I found a passion and an outlet that helped pull me out of that depression.

It seemed my path was always leading towards baking I just didn’t fully know it. The one thing I did know for sure was I was meant to become a mom. I always knew that would be a part of my future.

All this to say, captured my heart in these photos. There isn’t a better representation of me to my core than these photos of me and my babies doing what brings me so much joy. So excuse me while I cry at them because I just love them so dang much.

Mama. It will always be the title I’m most proud of and will celebrate the hardest because honestly motherhood is hard AF.
