At Peace Yoga Love we are absolutely passionate about making yoga accessible and affordable to more people. We offer experienced teachers, all equipment, and joyful classes designed to meet the needs of beginners through to advanced yogi's. We have 12+ classes per week over two locations both with easy parking, bathrooms and showers available. We have a free weekly yoga based relaxation class each Thursday at 12 in Mona Vale.

I have a new class Tue mornings at Mona Vale Surf Club 730 am that will run all through winter ( no terms ) delighting us with the changing dawn sky & seascape. Side bends are mood lifting, irritation clearing and motivating!!
Abundance and good fortune xx
This month I will be sharing some posts with you about Lakshmi, the Goddess of Abundance and Good Fortune.
All the goddesses confer power. Shakti, after all, is power. The fierce goddesses offer us the power to fight our battles, the inner ones and the outer ones. The wisdom goddesses give us inspiration and insight and the skill of speech. Lakshmi and her queenly sister goddess, Tripura Sundari, embody the skills of success - wordly and spiritual. They also carry the inner qualities that make life lovely; love, harmony, kindness. When we have Lakshmi, the old mythic texts tell us, we have everything, inner and outer, for a beautiful life. Without her? Well, without her we're impoverished, both inwardly and outwardly. Without her, the world is a desert.
We know this because it happened once, as the story of Lakshmi and Indra, king of the gods, shows us and it is easy to see this story as a parable for our own time. Just as carelessly as Indra tossed away Durvasaa's garland, our own Indras have used and tossed aside the bounty of the earth, poisoned the atmosphere, and insulted nature in a thousand ways. We see signs of Lakshmi's withdrawal in the desertification of so many parts of the planet, in the pain of starvation and cruelty that afflict so many on the earth, and in the cynicism and violence of so much contemporary art and culture. From a subtle perspective, when we consider what it means to live sustainably in this world, we are actually contemplating what it means to incarnate Lakshmi. Even the word 'sustainable' is a reference to her.
So this month I invite you to invoke Lakshmi on a daily basis so that you and all are guided to live more sustainably and so that you are graced with the qualities associated with her - good fortune, loving kindness, material prosperity, physical health, beauty, purity of motive, well-being, energy, vitality, and every kind of radiance.
Let's join together to invite more Lakshmi energy back to our earth right now and to help us to make choices which support all that she represents.

Yessssss! Thank you Adewale Jr. | Health is Wealth] What I tell all my participants in all my movement classes, I am training to lift my overpacked 45 pound carry-on into the overhead bin without assistance. I don’t like to check a bag. I’m always afraid it’s gonna get lost.
My partner says you packed it you carry it. And I do a lot of solo travel so I need to be able to haul my gear.
I also want to be able to get up off the floor well into my 80s and 90s I want to live in home for as long as possy! I want to dance travel and do laundry.
My fitness movement practice is about longevity and investing in my future self
