GreenmanLaw is happy to report a great settlement recently achieved on a medical malpractice case. Our client had a medical procedure 8 years ago and just recently found out a medical sponge was left behind. Unfortunately, the sponge inhibited her ability to get pregnant until it was removed. We wish her the best moving forward and starting a family! .

Greenman Law is proud to announce another monster result. This was a pre depo settlement for our client who stepped into a poolside drain hole that was missing its cap at a local resort. She suffered a small cut that became infected. She battled the infection for a year and has some permanent scarring and nerve issues in her leg. A great result for an amazing client.
