I am a red seal chef with 20 years experience in the restaurant/ hospitality industry. I have worked in every type of restaurant from home cooked comfort food to fine dining. I have also taught at the college level at Cambrian College in the Hospitality/ Chef Training Programs. I have experience in everything from kitchen design, planning, scheduling, ordering, menu planning, etc. I offer private in- house dinners, cooking classes, intimate gathering caterings, etc
