I know this is not meat, but this is skincare that I use for my very sensitive skin that does not cost a fortune. A lot of times I use tallow, but sometimes I just need something else and this goes all over my skin beautifully without breaking me out or burning, and it keeps my skin, extremely soft, especially my hands.

I’m an Instacart shopper sometimes and I used to have trouble in the bakery section but now my weakness is the optimal fuel section 🥩 When I shop for some clients and take them lots of juicy steak and lobster 🦞 tails there’s a little envy there. Every day I learn more and more about fatty meat and how it affects my hormones and 5’2” frame. I’m highly sensitive to everything so I have to walk the line.
Attempting to get the fat I need from the cuts of meat I eat. If I feel I need a bite of butter I’ll listen to my body and take it. Some days I want leaner cuts and sometimes I feel as if I could eat all the ribeyes.
I’m easily squatting 25lb kettlebells with no knee pain. My breast tissue is smooth and no longer fibrous. I’m still curvy and for the first time in my life I’m being patient and kind with myself. My fingernails have never been as strong as they are right now. I could go on and on.
Yesterday we celebrated my child’s 17th birthday 🥳
I used to use birthdays as an excuse for cake.

I can't tell you how many times I've stopped the flow of emotions with cupcakes many years ago. No different than an addict! Oh wait, I was an addict! Sugar numbed me from pain. I didn't want to feel it.
Every little piece of emotion that I never dealt with turned into a pound, and then another pound. One day you wake up with the emotional baggage and don't know who you are any longer.
If you don't release and work through it it takes hold of you in a way that you have to work twice as hard to get rid of it. Those extra pounds make you feel ashamed. You will miss out on life. You will make excuses. You will also find yourself being defensive against people the moment you feel they are judging you. The truth is, you will judge yourself. You may not realize it, but you will be harder on yourself than anyone else can ever dream of being. It hurts like he'll!

Gifted myself a 28" griddle from Cuisinart. It was cheaper than Blackstone and also had a 20% off coupon on Amazon. I don't have a vent over my stove in the house so this helps with the meat fumes.

Standing in line at Aldis with my arms full of meat. The lady in front of me had a cart full of veggies. She turns around and looked at me all odd and said, "I'm only getting my sides."
When making chicken buffalo meatballs this little baller is magic. The ground chicken is more wet than regular meatballs and I don’t like adding a lot of extra almond flour or pork rind dust.
I got the smaller baller on Amazon. I place them on parchment paper and freeze for later. Makes for a quick protein fuel.
My whole family loves sausage balls. Just mix a pound of sausage, almond flour or pork rind dust, 2 eggs, shredded cheddar cheese and toss in the air fryer at 400 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Use 2-3 pounds of 90 lean ground beef. Add seasonings to your taste. Sometimes I sauté onions and pepper to add or in a hurry just seasonings.
You can use a brad loaf pan or baking dish depending on how much meat you use.

I'm not gonna lie, this photo is hard to share. But what I have to say has changed my life and if there is any chance of it helping someone else, it's worth it.

I'll never forget my first thought when I landed my first TV show FAT GUYS IN THE WOODS over 10 years ago. It was this: "Oh man, I hope I don't have to take my shirt or pants off."
I've struggled with psoriasis since I was about 10 years old. Swim class was my worst nightmare. I've spent most of my life trying to hide my skin because of the dry scaly patches.
As I aged into my 30s and 40s my psoriasis got worse. My dermatologist explained to me that it was genetic and there was nothing I could do. He told me my only options were steroid creams, steroid injections, and powerful immune suppressing drugs.
This is a photo of my legs just over 1-year ago. Honestly, it's hard for me to look at these photos, let alone share them with you.
I've spent the last several years exploring the very unpopular notion that psoriasis can be cleared up naturally, without the use of prescription drugs and creams, through diet and lifestyle decisions. It has been the most difficult health journey of my life. I prayed every day that the Lord would lead me to people, information, and resources that would give me some insight into something that made sense.
Long story short, I've made HUGE PROGRESS! I don't have all the answers, but I definitely have enough to share. I explain what I did, what I eat, and what I do every day to help my body heal itself from a lifetime of doing all the wrong things and listening to all the wrong people.

It's my prayer that my story makes as big of a difference in someone else's life as it has made in my own.
