Men's Space
Men's Space is all about energising scenery, activities and experiences, great food and even greater conversations with like-minded people.
Men’s Space provides a safe space for men to relax, re-charge and reflect by visiting energising places, walking and talking, undertaking a wide variety of optional activities and through residential Retreat events. We run regular monthly evening ‘Check In’ events in and around the Derbyshire Peak District National Park. The nature of the content, locations and activities is defined as much by you

"In the serene embrace of Shining Cliff Woods near Ambergate, amidst the whispers of ancient trees, lies a testament to a timeless ritual. Here, stones are not merely rocks; they are the carriers of profound narratives, stacked high to touch the sky. 🌳🪨
This age-old practice of balancing stones, one atop the other, is far more than a test of patience or skill. It's a silent language speaking of balance, creativity, and the interconnectedness of all things. Each stone, carefully placed by unseen hands, carries with it meanings of stability, creativity, self-worth, strength, and fragility. Together, they stand as symbols, as monuments to the human spirit's resilience and the beauty of our collective endeavors.
But these stacks are not just stone upon stone; they are markers of peace, invoking tranquility in those who come upon them. They remind us of our place in the natural world, grounding us, connecting us to the earth beneath our feet and the sky above. And perhaps, in the act of stacking, there is a whisper of good luck, a hope that as we balance these stones, we balance the elements of our lives.
So next time you wander through the woods and stumble upon these silent sentinels, take a moment to appreciate the beauty, the effort, and the symbolism they represent. For in each stack lies a story, a prayer, a wish for the world."
