I have been working as a Sports and Remedial massage therapist for the past eight years. My background in performance and fitness has equipped me with a strong awareness of the body, and how it best functions. I offer treatments for anyone seeking to alleviate pain caused by chronic and acute injury, postural misalignment or general stress.

My focus is on addressing the cause of the problem while ensuring the client leaves the session with a sense of well being and relaxation. I am also qualified in pre/post natal, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and Indian Head massage treatments.

I have worked at events including The Annual London Cycle, Bath Rugby Sevens, JP Morgan Battersea Park Run, London Marathon and at The Cobham Rugby Club as well as experience as a remedial and sport massage therapist in a multi-disciplinary environment.

I am a resident therapist at the White Hart Lane Clinic and Pure Sports Roehampton, and co-founder of onsite massage provider, Pummel & Knead .
