Considering she's been working out daily, and her protein intake has been consistent, she's probably added 3 lb roughly of lean body mass. So we can consider it to be a rough 17 - 18 lb. of body fat loss in that time.

Things happen when you dedicate yourself to yourself....
How to eat at a Mexican / Tex-Mex restaurant, eat well, and not do anything stupid....
We all want to be able to join our friends or our partner at the local Tex-Mex, but we are worried about the macros and calories. So, what do we do?
Tell the waiter to NOT bring chips to the table. If your companion(s) want chips, you just don't eat any. Not even one. Just don't eat the damn things.
Order this:
A la carte Carne Asada or grilled / fajita beef, chicken, shrimp or the combo of the same. Along with the grilled onions and peppers. You don't want the meal. You want it a la carte.
One side of guacamole and a side of pico de gallo.
If you need a beer, a Michelob Ultra.
A glass of water or unsweet tea.
NOTHING ELSE. No refried beans, no charro beans, no cheese, no sour cream, etc.
I wouldn't even count the macros or the calories, especially if it is a once a week thing or something. All of that will fit just fine in your plan, no crap carbs, and you can enjoy all the flavors and textures and necessary food components.
Don't worry about how they cook it. Grilled and probably basted with real butter. It is just how it is done. Just don't overdo it, and enjoy it, And, better yet, you won't feel like sh*t after your done. Emotionally or physically. And the next day, back to business.
