I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Make Me Laugh Yoga can provide individuals a unique wellness, stress management and/or team building program thru playful childlike exercises. It’s called laughter yoga because it combines laughter exercises with the deep breathing used in yoga. We initiate laughter as an exercise in a group, with eye contact and childlike playfulness. In turn, the laughter becomes real and contagious. It’s a unique form of exercise with “out of box” fun.
