Soi Dog Canada is a growing group of volunteers from all over Canada and is a regional support group for Soi Dog Foundation. They are working towards the elimination of animal cruelty and neglect in Asia, by supporting the public education and animal welfare programs of Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket. This includes helping to humanely and sustainably reduce the stray animal population in Thailand through spaying and neutering. Soi Dog is also fighting to end the meat trade in Southeast Asia.

This year's Mutt March fundraiser is virtual, taking place between October 20-30, 2021. Anyone can participate, including children! The virtual fundraiser involves a commitment of walking a total of 10km over 10 days, and an optional 10 fun challenges for more chances to win prizes.

All proceeds raised will support the Soi Dog Foundation with their education programs in Phuket.

We may be potentially rescuing 55-75 beagles that have been used in experimental laboratories. This is their chance to be a part of a loving family but we can’t do it without your help.

We are in urgent need of foster homes until they are spayed/neutered and ready to find their forever home. Without fosters we cannot rescue them

~ Panting
~ Hypersalivation (drooling)
~ Warm to touch
~ Red mucous membranes of mouth
~ Rapid heart rate
~ Quiet or poorly responsive, may lay down and refuse or be unable to rise
~ Vomiting
~ Blood from mouth or in stool
~ Seizures
~ Muscle tremors
~ Ataxia (staggering)
