After dancing in her youth and through college, Dana joined DanceWorks Boston and happily auditioned and performed in 5 seasons. It was love in first kitchen when she developed her passion for food and fitness over 7 years ago. Dana has participated in numerous 5ks, 3 half marathons to date, 1 marathon and will be running her first ultra soon. When she's not dancing, running, cooking or running wi
th her greyhound Fred Astaire, you'll find Dana balancing in yoga class. Brett has lived his life with a need to be active. From growing up as a multi-sport athlete, being a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, to serving in combat with the Marine Corps, Brett has continually pursued physical challenges. He has competed in triathlons (even placing 3rd in his age group, once), and is training with Dana for many races from 5k to the marathon and beyond! He recently dived into a 50 mile race, which has only just started his passion for ultra running. Growing up in the kitchen alongside his mother fostered Brett’s passion for cooking. If you can’t find Brett, just follow the mess to the kitchen and you’ll find him testing new recipes and tweaking old favorites!
