Indoor Games Tournament 2023-24

Thanks everyone for your spontaneous responses. 86 participants have registered for the event. Committee members have tried their best to come up with a format (given the constraints - venue availability and number of participants), and schedule all events. This is not perfect and apologies for any inconveniences in advance. 19 different combinations of responses from the participants were received - which made the scheduling difficult.

The rules, and fixture can be accessed here. Format of each game is provided in the rules document. Partners were assigned randomly for the participants who entered 29, Ludo, and IB without any partners.

Date: 03/02/2024, 9:30am - 8:00pm.
Venue: Sunset Church, 14986 NW Cornell Rd, Portland, OR 97229.

Participants can register for a maximum of 3 games. Requirements: aged 18 or above, member of PDXBangla community.

Reg fee (per person): $10 for one game, $15 for 2 games, $20 for 3 games. Payment via paypal is highly encouraged.

Participants are free to choose their partners or all games. Both need to register before the deadline. Id someone needs a partner, please mention "Partner needed" in the required field. Committee would randomly assign partners to those participants.

Based on the number of participants the committee would publish the schedule. Committee plans to complete all games on 3/2/24 (10am-8pm). However, if few matches cannot be completed due to time constraint - those would be scheduled for 3/8/24 Friday night. Thanks
