Creamy Tiramisu is a perfect match of Keemun Black Tea.
No bake, easy to make.
Cake base: 15 cm +12 cm (bake in a tray then cut out)
Egg white 3 (Whip with 50g sugar)
Sugar 50g
Egg york 2
Cake flour 50g
Chocolate powder 10g
Milk 30ml
Vegetable Oil 15ml
Creamy Tiramisu
20ml milk
3g Gelation
Sugar 20g
egg york 2
Mascarpone Cheese 200g
egg white 1 (whip with 10g sugar)
sugar 20g
double cream 100g(whip with 10g sugar)
