Completed my 5th Half Marathon today!

Since is going to compete in the CrossFit Circus with me, I told her I’d do a half marathon with her!

With 6 weeks to train and the longest run I did until today was 8 miles, I would say I’m happy with how I finished! Also considering the fact that it was cold and rained basically the entire time I ran. Talk about some mental toughness having to push through that.

Honestly though I felt really good and didn’t hit a mental wall, so that’s a win my book!

I don’t know if I’ll do another half, but it definitely felt good to get back into running!

Set Up Sunday ✅

It’s super easy to think about the week ahead (I know I do!), especially when Sunday night starts to hit.

However, the best thing to do is to carve out some time to set your week up for success!

A big one for me is getting my meal prep done. I save money and am able to stay on track with my nutrition by preparing my meals in advance!

Plus it’s one less thing I have to think about when it comes time for dinner!
