All residents of Mattoon will be receiving a recycling can from harters. These will not affect the garbage/recycling payment that everyone pays. Here is some guidelines for recycling.

This pool table was dumped down at the lagoons. This area is strictly for brush, grass and leaves ONLY. Anyone who has information on who illegally dumped this please contact the village office. A reward is offered to information leading to who did this.
Remember this is a free area to Village residence and if this keeps happening the Village will not offer this free space.
