Our Pitt Pharmacy faculty and students came together on Thursday, January 30, to participate in the annual Phi Lambda Sigma (PLS) Auction! The list of auction items included a steak dinner with our very own Dean, bowling and laster tag with faculty, VIP karaoke night with professors, potluck lunch hosted by APhA-ASP, and many more. Congratulations to all of our bidders and raffle winners! Our PLS chapter raised $18,042 towards the Grace Lamsam Pharmacy Program for the Underserved, and we want to thank everyone who attended, hosted, and organized this amazing and successful event!

Our University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy residents, fellows, students, staff, and alumni in collaboration with Duquesne University School of Pharmacy residents and staff helped with the annual Allegheny County Health Department employee flu point-of-dispensing again this year. Over 100 people were immunized! This annual event also serves as an emergency preparedness and response practice drill for the health department.
