Over the weekend we had a drop off catering. They requested sandwiches and salads with 2 beverages. The sandwiches were roast beef with cheddar cheese, oven roasted ham with Monterey jack cheese and oven roasted turkey with Swiss cheese. Lettuce, tomatoes and onions were on the side for guests to fix their sandwiches to their liking. 1 of the salads was a Italian pasta salad and the other was a traditional Caesar salad. And lastly a fruit platter

Had the opportunity to cater an event that didn't want a traditional Taco cart they wanted a buffet style dinner. That included Prime Rib roast, chicken, mashed potatoes/ gravy, veggies, salad with avocado, dinner rolls,chips and salsa and two beverages Ice Tea and Fresh squeezed lemonade. Blessed to have catered another event yesterday. There was a special request for a vegetarian taco so we made a mix medley of zucchini, bell peppers,egg plant and onions for. The vegetarian guest to enjoy a taco as well. We can always accommodate to what the guests will enjoy
