Days 4/100 and 5/100 I need simple right now. My body feels like it’s falling apart. Chronic pain sucks. But on a brighter side ☀️ it’s my hubby’s birthday 🥳 today and I can’t begin to express what this human means to me. He’s the funniest guy in the room. The most compassionate human and the simply patient with everyone. I love you and hope your birthday shows you how many people feel about you the way I do. It’s a Tuesday but feels like a Monday. Our water is turned off because of a broken pipe in the street. Thank goodness I already filled my water cup for some watercolor play. No shower, no problem. lol.

I spent the morning looking through my and found this spread from November 2022. This was day 95 of my . It’s so simple but the message is very strong. I found joy in recording small moments in my everyday life. We should celebrate those little moments more.

Painting loose watercolor florals and snipping them to paste in my art journal as the sun starts peeking out from behind the clouds. Birds are singing again after all the rain. Mother Nature sure knows how to begin again. Renewal is good for the soul.
