Living Well Center of St Louis

We had a great first week of the Living Well Center of St Louis weekly one hour sound baths with Suzanne! 🙌

2/17/2024 - Intensati & Sound Bath 9am-11am with Candace Kluba and Living Well With Suzanne Rodgers-$55.00: INTENSATI is a brand new fitness modality that combines aerobic movements, mindfulness, and positive affirmations. After 45 minutes with Candace you will be showered with relaxation and sound vibration with a hour sound bath with Suzanne. I am looking forward to bringing this new class to the center. 💃🥰🎶

2-18-2024 Winter Flow Yoga, Soundbath & Cacao 2pm-4:30pm- Valentines Day Special - 37% off 2nd ticket with Barbara and Suzanne at the Nutrition Stop-$88.00 for first ticket and 2nd ticket $55.44 to gift to your valentine, family or friend. I am excited to be collaborating with Barbara again at The Nutrition Stop in St. Charles. Our participants always love the theme based mantras, gentle yoga sound bath and now they get to add a cacao experience to the mix! 🧘‍♀️🎶☕️

Living Well With Suzanne Rodgers is starting to offer 1 hour Sound baths on Monday’s at 4:45pm and Thursday’s at 6 pm starting on the 5th and 8th for $25.00 at the Living Well Center of St Louis: 130 Clarkson Executive Park, Ellisville, MO 63011.
