HOW TO KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED?

Starting the new year, the majority of people always have a new year resolution. Some say “New Year, new me”! And most of the time your motivation has died down after a couple of months.

Here I have some tips to keep you motivated all year round. The best advice I can give you is “Stop comparing yourself with others!”

Most people saw others posting their progress on social media and like to compare their own progress with theirs. This will cause you to feel bad about yourself or feel unmotivated. You can scroll through to see all you want, but keep in mind that everyone is different. No matter what you do, focus on yourself. Because at the end of the day, it’s you against you.

I hope this will help many of you. Keep it going! DON’T GIVE UP!!

👊🏽Hanging Leg Raises 4x10 (If just bodyweight is too easy add weight and try to keep body still as much as you can)
👊🏽Weighted Sit ups (BB, DB or Plate) 4x12
👊🏽Weighted Deadbug Hold (or Bodyweight) 3x30s
👊🏽Weighted Plank (or Bodyweight) 3x30s
👊🏽Copenhagen Plank 3x30s per side
