Yoga is a passion & place for me to release any tension/anxiety that I may be holding within me.
I have stopped sharing much of my progress, afraid of being judge perhaps.
Maybe, it is time to share my journey again & spread some joy throughout this unusual time 💛

Starting the day off with silence and working inwards is a positive start to the day. Feeling an abundance of positiveness and gratefulness this morning and it only 8am

We generally just act in our day to day lives without consciously thinking of the task at hand.

Conscious movements this morning to start the day.

We as humans in our everyday lives, find ourselves in front of technology, tense perhaps with a situation, sitting for long periods and many of us not aware of our posture.
Coming home at the end of the day, opening back up the front of the body is a great way of releasing tension in the shoulder's, throat or chest.
The sense of relief is wonderful and it may only take 5mins.

Trust me your body will thank you 🙏

It felt good this morning concentrating on stretching the muscles in my legs.
Hamstrings and hip flexors are always a difficult one to improve on. So this morning's main focus was exactly that.
Your practice doesn't need to be a full body practice each time you arrive on your mat.

Major realization for me today of how far I have come on my journey. 🌼
There is 4months in the difference here. I feel many days I have no improvement but on comparing back to my training at in February I have come a long way.
Grateful for the journey, no matter how slow the progress is 🌙

I have been dedicating time each night before bed to meditating using Tibetan singing bowls.
Did you know :
•They reduce stress & anxiety
•Balances your chakra's
•Overall good for your soul and we'll being

I have found by creating a space for yoga and meditation helps with this. A space I can go each day for some 'me time'

My life changing Journey

Yoga is something that i have always enjoyed and after becoming a qualified yoga instructor in February 2019 . My passion has grown and the happiness i get each time stepping onto my mat always takes me by surprise. You don’t need to be on your mat to feel the powers of Yoga or meditating. You can weave these through your every day life.

You just have to start somewhere, it is never too late.

I am always learning and i get such a joy from teaching people and the happiness it brings to not just me but the people i have encountered along this amazing life changing journey.

If you are wondering where to start or have any questions no matter how ridiculous you may think it is.
