Recipe time! 🍋 🐟
Today, I made a super simple salmon that tasted out of this world! Here's what I used...
Ingredients:
Fresh salmon fillets
1 lemon, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
A sprinkle of love! 💖
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Rub the olive oil mixture generously over each fillet.
Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon for that zesty kick!
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot and enjoy the magic! 🌟

🌶️ One of the most iconic appetizers? Roasted red peppers! Here's my personal recipe –
4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange for a colorful presentation)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: garlic cloves, fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary), balsamic vinegar for added flavor
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Wash the peppers thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Slice each pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. You can also remove the stems if desired.
Place the pepper halves, skin side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the peppers and season with salt and pepper to taste. If using garlic cloves or herbs, tuck them between the pepper halves for added flavor.
Roast the peppers in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and slightly charred.
Once roasted, remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes until they are safe to handle.
Peel off the skin from the roasted peppers. It should come off easily. You can discard the skin or use it for added texture and flavor.
Serve the roasted peppers warm or at room temperature. They can be enjoyed on their own as a side dish, added to salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes, or antipasto platters. For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
