Harvest has definitely begun in many parts of California this year!While many vineyards still have some time to go, some early ripeners as well as grapes used for sparkling wines have started rolling in at the beginning of August.
There is much optimism for the 2022 vintage right now. The good news is that the generally moderate daytime temps and cool nights right now are creating great conditions for ripening!
