Mommy Monotony Sometimes I get bored with the monotony of raising a 16-month-old. There are times when I can’t wait until he’s just a little bit older, like 3 or 4, when he develops a bit more independence and can tell me what he needs.
Found one of my favorite books from childhood today to add to Oliver’s collection 📖🌈. I used to marvel repeatedly at the illustrations in this book and dream of what it would be like to live in a city with twinkling lights and bejeweled bridges. I’ve been a snob since childhood and would only pick out books that were award winners, particularly those with Caldecott medals.
I hope your day is as exciting as my child is when he is eating 🍽.
